from the Paseo de Colon; there are shops and restaurants close by,
and it is a short walk or bus ride to Barceloneta beaches and no
more than 10 – 15 min walk to the famous Las Ramblas.

There is also a communal roof terrace on top of the building
where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking over the roof
tops of the Barcelona city.
