The Barcelona apartment "Milans" has been renovated, furnished and decorated with both new and antique pieces and is just beautiful! The old woodwork of windows, doors and beams have been restored and create a very special atmosphere. Situated on the second floor, this apartment has high ceilings, it's classy, spacious and cosy, fully equipped with anything one might need, and taking it from former guests "a home away from home".

There are three big bedrooms, two of them with a balcony, a living room with dining table and open kitchen, a bathroom and a second toilet. The total surface are 104 square meters. There is a total of 8 individual beds which offer up to 8 people a comfortable stay. All walls are decorated with paintings from the owners' gallery - if you fall in love with one or maybe more of them please know that they can be easily acquired!

The apartment is situated on a little square in a pedestrian street. The area around Milans offers many good restaurants, countless bars, lots of hip boutiques, trendy stores and a thriving nightlife. Around the corner from the apartment you will find a bakery, a butcher, supermarkets and even a hair dresser.

A 300€ deposit is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat.
