The Marina apartment is located in the Gothic quarter, “Barcelona’s
ciutat vella”. This neighborhood has buildings dating back to
the XIII century. Next-door is a building from the XV century where
Miguel Cervantes, author of “Don Quijote” lived for a while.
The apartment is on a big avenue - Passeig Colom, a very safe area,
in front of Port Vell, with the boardwalk, aquarium, Maremagnum, Imax
5 minutes away to the south. To the east are Las Ramblas, Raval, the
MACBA and CCCB museums and the FAD, the west has the Borne area, Picasso
and Textile museums, close to the Cathedral and the Sta María
del Mar church, surrounded by many designer shops, bars and restaurants
where
you can
enjoy a
truly Catalan meal.
The apartment is modern and comfortable, decorated in a minimalist
style. The lighting and colour has been taken into consideration
to create a relaxing ambience.
There is one bedroom and living/dining area with an open kitchen,
as well as two bathrooms, for the convenience of our guests, sleeps
maximum 4 people. Fully equipped with all mod cons to make you feel
at home such as AC, heating, ADSL, satellite TV, washer/dryer… etc.
This place is ideal for those who wish to relax a few days in Barcelona,
enjoying the fantastic Barcelona atmosphere.
A 200€ deposit is required by the owner at check in,
and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in
the flat.
